Padide Pakhshe Nikan Company (private join – stock) was registered under license number 164433 dated 9.7.2000 in Tehran Industrial Ownership and Registration head office for an unlimited period and it started its activities in 12.7.2000.
In accordance with articles of association this company is active in the field of buy and sell, distributing of several food products, sea products, raising and packaging of grains, dried fruits, protein materials, other products and all related legal services and activities.
According to company’s successful function, Shilat Franchise Stores management in Tehran and townships was entrusted to Padide Pakhshe Nikan Company in 2002.
At the moment Padide Pakhshe Nikan company with representatives all over the country is successfully continuing its improving activities which are exclusive distribution of Pichak factory food products, Bandar Abbas Shilat tuna can, several commercial and industrial fishes and other products of selected factories.
